PRONAV Clinical is an Irish owned Early Phase Clinical Trial Solutions partner in Europe. The business has the knowledge, infrastructure and flexibility to provide customised and agile supply chain solutions for IMP Sponsors faced with navigating the challenges of Clinical Trial Supply, especially during an uncertain Brexit era. Our brief was to develop a brand name, category and strategic position for a clinical trials solutions business. The new name was to be supported with a strong brand identity and narrative that attracted more of the right type of clients and differentiated the business from the competition.

From an intensive brand workshop exercise and a series of brand strategy meetings, we devised the brand’s internal positioning statement. The statement succinctly articulated the brand’s points of difference, targets their clients’ need state and ultimately the value proposition PRONAV Clinical. This statement was then distilled down into the following positioning message:
